Big Zack will personally wash our jeep anytime we come in while he's working. James in financing was also awesome. The staff welcomes our pets inside while we wait. Unfortunately, it went belly-up twice in the previous week alongside the highway, so I knew it was time to see about getting another auto, preferably a used one. The first dealership I went to was Dick Hannah, early on a Saturday morning. I had intended to just look around before going to other dealerships. I was immediately met by Lucas Wright, an enthusiastic young man, who asked me about what I was looking for in a car. After hearing my needs, he brought around a brand silver Prius 2, showed me all the particulars of the vehicle, and basically sold me on it within about 15 minutes, even though I had no intention of actually buying that day. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and I really couldn't come up with a reason not to buy that day. So I did! I'm 76 years old, and this was probably the most pleasant experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle. Many thanks to the entire dealership and especially to Lucas Wright. More

Get the Used Car Checked Out Before You Buy I bought a 2010 Lexus ES 350 and had a good experience with the salesperson Nick Sisson. I noticed the oil needed changing (something you'd think they I bought a 2010 Lexus ES 350 and had a good experience with the salesperson Nick Sisson. I noticed the oil needed changing (something you'd think they'd do as part of readying the car for sale) so I took it in to Kuni Lexus near my work. They informed me the tires would need to be replaced within the next few thousand miles, the car needed a new cabin filter and the battery failed the test. All things I could live with as part of a used car sale but items you'd think would not be needed after the "120 point inspection" they repeatedly assured me was completed prior to the car being listed for sale. Later I learned the 120 things they check are "safety items" only. After owning the car 5 days I went to play a CD. Didn't work. To fix the CD player, the entire navigation/satellite/radio head unit needs to be replaced. $800. First call I was told sorry, their used car warranty is good for only the first 3 days of ownership. Nick tried to resolve but I ended up getting a call from the sales manager saying I should have bought their $2000+ warranty (with $100 deductible) but he'd offer it to me for the incredibly low price of only $1800 to "resolve the issue". More
