Get the Used Car Checked Out Before You Buy I bought a 2010 Lexus ES 350 and had a good experience with the salesperson Nick Sisson. I noticed the oil needed changing (something you'd think they'd do as part of readying the car for sale) so I took it in to Kuni Lexus near my work. They informed me the tires would need to be replaced within the next few thousand miles, the car needed a new cabin filter and the battery failed the test. All things I could live with as part of a used car sale but items you'd think would not be needed after the "120 point inspection" they repeatedly assured me was completed prior to the car being listed for sale. Later I learned the 120 things they check are "safety items" only. After owning the car 5 days I went to play a CD. Didn't work. To fix the CD player, the entire navigation/satellite/radio head unit needs to be replaced. $800. First call I was told sorry, their used car warranty is good for only the first 3 days of ownership. Nick tried to resolve but I ended up getting a call from the sales manager saying I should have bought their $2000+ warranty (with $100 deductible) but he'd offer it to me for the incredibly low price of only $1800 to "resolve the issue". More

Tire blow out Kelsey Best is the service writer we dealt with and she was and is wonderful. We had a blow out just by the on ramp to I 5 north /south. I saw the Toyota sign and looked up the dealership on my phone gave her a call and she said she could help us out and back on the road ASAP. We got a tow in and that is just what happened. And when it was all said and done, over and above, just smiles NO CHARGE and on your way. We were a little weary after sitting in a dangerous spot on the road for 2 hours, so it was great to have smiling faces and a TEAM that was ready to do what was necessary to get us back on our way home. We usually deal with another Toyota dealer in our area and always get excellent service and I knew when I saw the Toyota sign that is what we would receive. Kelsey and her TEAM did not disappoint. Positive experience I orginally came in and discussed a Toyoto Tacoma with Jordan. He kept me apprised of the selection and when he had "just the right one" I came back.
