I saw the Toyota sign and looked up the dealership on my phone gave her a call and she said she could help us out and back on the road ASAP. We got a tow in and that is just what happened. And when it was all said and done, over and above, just smiles NO CHARGE and on your way. We were a little weary after sitting in a dangerous spot on the road for 2 hours, so it was great to have smiling faces and a TEAM that was ready to do what was necessary to get us back on our way home. We usually deal with another Toyota dealer in our area and always get excellent service and I knew when I saw the Toyota sign that is what we would receive. Kelsey and her TEAM did not disappoint.
