Amazing I was shopping for a new car and found out that Toyota was having a deal thing going on. I really had no idea what I was doing (I've only ever used cr I was shopping for a new car and found out that Toyota was having a deal thing going on. I was just so surprised at the professionalism and maturity of the young man who helped us out, Lucas. I've seen in movies and heard about predatory practices in the car business and was relieved to have had quite the opposite experience. They should have gotten the vehicle ready during the initial wait. All they did was kept apologizing for the wait. Flooded the car we came in trying to start it so many times.
