My sales representative, Vance, was easy going, not high pressure, and the sales manager Bryan (Brian?) was polite and accommodating to my requests. One of my own requirements was not to feel nickel and dimed at the end of the process. Vance accommodated this request by being up front about the actual process of purchasing the vehicle.
