This was my first time buying a car and Jesse made sure that it was relatively painless. We had a few snags, but he calmly handled all of them with professionalism and care that you rarely see anywhere these days. He was honest and up front about all of the cars he showed us and answered even my friends off the wall questions. I took my new car to my personal mechanic and he found a couple items that needed taken care of, I went back and talked to Jesse about these and they had me in the next day to fix that problems. I just don't get to see this kind of service anymore. It was reassuring. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the other man that was talking to the lenders to find us the best rate possible because he was absolutely awesome as well. I'm kicking myself for not remembering his name because he worked so hard to get us the payments we needed and totally succeeded, all with the best attitude and obvious concern for what was best for his customer. Everyone we interacted with were really real people and not your average stigma of a car salesperson. Very genuine. No pressure or trying to sell you something you didn't want for their own profit.
