This was my first time buying a car and Jesse made sure that it was relatively painless. We had a few snags, but he calmly handled all of them with professionalism and care that you rarely see anywhere these days. He was honest and up front about all of the cars he showed us and answered even my friends off the wall questions. I took my new car to my personal mechanic and he found a couple items that needed taken care of, I went back and talked to Jesse about these and they had me in the next day to fix that problems. I just don't get to see this kind of service anymore. It was reassuring.
