This is my experience and I would never recommend them to anyone. I purchased my first car here, and while the buying process of course has pressure from the sales manager, the follow through on the dealers anyone. I purchased my first car here, and while the buying process of course has pressure from the sales manager, the follow through on the dealerships obligations has been terrible. I've got radio silence and the run around when trying to resolve my issues(their errors). They messed up my plates registration and after paying $420 for new plates and registration(which is in my contract), they made an error and did a plate transfer (plates I no longer have and gave with my old vehicle). I called once I got my paperwork and saw the error and explained, and a salesman told me I'd be getting a call from a manager. after 2 more calls to them over another week I said I'd be filing a complaint I finally got a callback from a finance manager who told me to fix it at the DMV and they would reimburse me. He has now also gone radio silent for 9days since I went to the DMV and sat for 2 hours to fix their issues with 0 follow up. They are extremely unprofessional, don't care about any thing but sales and will not help with fixing their own mistakes - do not buy from them! More
