Lots of little things I had an okay experience when buying the car. No huge complaints there. I thought the pricing was fair enough and I bought a "certified" VW jetta. I had several things go wrong in the first couple months. Broken handle, seals coming off, push button started acting up, etc. I called and talked to someone there. Said they would have someone from the service department call me back. No one called. I went in the next day to just get these things fixed, after all I had just bought the car, the fixes were small and thought it would be no big deal and they would be more than willing to help. The service department was closed so I talked to a sales guy. He helped but didn't really seem to care. Very ho hum about all the issues i was having. He said that someone from the sales department would call me back first think in the morning. No call in the morning. I finally received a call around 3 in the afternoon. Again, guy was somewhat helpful but very indifferent about all the little issues that were going on with the car even though I had just bought it. More

Great cars , Great people I have been a customer of Dick Hannah VW for a number of years now and I have always been taken care of , but this last week when I replaced my Jetta I have been a customer of Dick Hannah VW for a number of years now and I have always been taken care of , but this last week when I replaced my Jetta with the new model was by far the best purchasing experience I have had. My salesman was Doug Clark and he is very friendly and professional. We actually spoke a few times when I was getting my old car serviced and I knew that when it was time to trade cars he was the person I wanted to work with. We had a great time and the process was only a few hours! Now I am loving my new car and on top of that they even helped my get a lower monthly payment for my auto insurance!
