My wife and I just bought a used ID. 4 from Dick Hannah Vancouver yesterday. Then somehow I got in touch with Nick and he was able to clearly answer any questions I had about the car and provided a great customer experience. We didn't end up buying the car (as it got sold soon after), but reached out to Nick about a different ID.4 and we were able to quickly schedule a time to see the car on the weekend. In-person inspection/test-drive: I had come with a long list of items/questions I wanted to ask about and Nick spent a lot of time with us trying to get these questions answered, and I felt very comfortable moving forward in the car-buying process after that. He showed us features in the car we might not have realized or seen before. This was my first time in a car dealership to seriously buy a car and I didn't feel any pressure from him, which is a credit to him. Financing/paperwork/etc: We worked with Koren/Isaac on the final financing (there were some great financing rates for used ID.4s) and paperwork. Both were super professional and easy to work with as well. There were a few mistakes on the paperwork itself with respect to the Washington EV sales tax rebate (which I did have to correct), but it really wasn't a big deal to me as it was quickly corrected. While this was happening, Nick made sure the car was detailed and ready for us to drive away. In general, the entire experience at Dick Hannah VW (Vancouver) was great and they've set the bar high for what I would expect from any future car dealership experiences. More

Worked with Nick over the phone, the team was very responsive. Wife had time to check out the cool van, and just wished it was gas and plug in.
