I came to Dick Hannah VW after having a terrible experience at Armstrong VW. Abby helped from the first moment by listening and offering immediately to do whatever she could to repair my car. I called in and scheduled an appointment, and with prompt service from the customer service rep was able purchasing my vehicle a year and a half ago. At this time the original tires had worn down to 3/32 and were replaced with new tires at no cost to us. This was part of the Dick Hanna policy with new V.W. purchased in September 2005.All in all service has been very courteous,prompt and the vechile has been trouble free. More
