I am an ex-technician myself, and as such, this was the first time our Passat has been in a dealership since we bought it 5 years ago. The only reason it went was because there were four significant recall first time our Passat has been in a dealership since we bought it 5 years ago. The only reason it went was because there were four significant recall campaigns that I wanted to get taken care of. The work was done in a timely fashion and the staff was courteous and helpful. They even offered to wash it for me when everything was said and done. Given how dirty it was, that feature alone was worth the trip in and of itself. :) More

I bought a 2006 model and they have treated me as if I bought a brand new vehicle. The "customer for life" is very assuring that I will be taken care of, no matter what my problem is.
