Linda, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating vehicle repairs can be, especially when they involve warranty coverage and parts availability. In this case, your vehicle repair is delayed due to a manufacturer backorder on the required part. Unfortunately, when parts are unavailable nationwide through the OEM, neither we nor other dealers can expedite the repair until the manufacturer releases the part. While we staff a full team of technicians, no repair can be completed without the necessary components. Our General Manager, my team and myself have remained in communication with you and your husband and will complete the repair as soon as the part arrives.
