Lisa, I’m sorry you were disappointed with your experience. I do want to clarify that I responded to your concerns and provided documentation of the inspection findings in my email to you immediately following our phone conversation. Your vehicle was inspected at no charge, and our technician documented that the A/C was blowing cold at the time of inspection, no diagnostic codes were present, and the vents that were closed were opened and confirmed to be operating normally. I also offered to keep the vehicle for an extended period of time so we could attempt to duplicate the concern under different conditions. We understand that an intermittent concern can be frustrating, and our goal was to help identify the cause rather than dismiss your concern. I regret that you felt our conversation was disrespectful. That was not my intention, and I make every effort to treat our customers with professionalism and respect. Grant, You may want to check your facts with your service team. There was a charge. Only after my complaint it was removed. They also tried to write that there was a full tank of gas in the loaned vehicle when there was only a quarter, so we had to fix that right out the gate. He seemed to be shocked that I was so observant. You shared with me that the car was thoroughly inspected. There’s absolutely no documentation of anyone checking anything with the excessive heat in the middle console. And the only documentation you provided is that they ran a diagnostic and checked the vents for the air conditioner. There is no possible way it could blow cold air. It hasn’t worked in months. And it doesn’t matter if one vent or all vents are open, lukewarm should not be blowing out the vents when the air-conditioning is on max. Again, if it was a thorough check, you would have the temperatures to share with us. I also dropped off paperwork stating that this is an issue that others have reported and that to solve the problem they had to push for more than a diagnostic check. It doesn’t sound like anybody’s read the paperwork or contacted Stellanis to check. I will assume that when somebody drops off paper like that it goes in their file or is documented somewhere. Please check mine. And just a reminder, there were parts left on my passenger floor that were not put back together and my husband had to put back. Yet, despite all of this, you represent the dealer and can’t take ownership. Obviously you will not apologize for how you treated me on the phone. I will remain disappointed with the service and continued lack of respect.
