I brought my car in because Apple CarPlay was not working properly. Trevor contacted me and explained that it would take several days before they could even look at the vehicle. After waiting a few days, I was told there was an internal error with the radio that could not be repaired. I was quoted $210 for the diagnosis and an additional $750 to install a refurbished radio. I told Trevor that I wanted to explore other options and asked for my car to be returned. When the porter brought my vehicle back, she replaced the charging cable with an inexpensive replacement and immediately got CarPlay working. She explained that the issue appeared to be the cable, not the radio. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. The next day, Trevor called demanding payment for the diagnostic fee. I explained that I didn't believe the vehicle had been properly diagnosed since the problem was resolved by simply replacing the cable. Instead of addressing my concerns, Trevor accused me of driving a stolen vehicle, which was completely inappropriate and unrelated to the situation. When I asked for the issue to be resolved, Trevor told me it was a management matter. If that's the case, he should have referred me to a manager instead of making baseless accusations. To make matters worse, the conversation ended with Trevor telling me to "F*** off" before hanging up on me. I've never experienced customer service like this. The only positive part of my visit was the porter, who was courteous, knowledgeable, and ultimately solved the problem that the service department claimed required a $750 radio replacement. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership's service department. More

I always dread the days to get a new lease because of how long it takes at a dealership and even after you sign all the papers sometimes the vehicle may not be ready till the next day. This was nothing like that. Ted and I communicated over a couple days via text. Very easy going as I could not always respond immediately. Ted was consistent texting back. I knew the vehicle i wanted which made the process easier. Ted was upfront with the costs and simplified the process via text. Due to my financial situation and work schedule it was not the most convenient to get to the dealership. Ted took care of everything. My truck was dropped off at my residence, prepped and ready to drive, as Jacob physically drove it to my house. The signing of the papers with Jacob didn’t take more than 20 minutes. Jacob left and I was immediately contacted via phone by Ted to ensure the process went smoothly. This was the easiest leasing process I have ever been through and I have leased multiple vehicles.
