not sure you want to hear this but here goes: the last time I took my truck in everything went well and I had mentioned that I couldn't find one of my fobs. the service advisor said that I could get a re time I took my truck in everything went well and I had mentioned that I couldn't find one of my fobs. the service advisor said that I could get a replacement under my warranty. I said sure but never heard back. when I came in this time I asked about it and he said he would get it for me. I just want to know why I had to come in and ask for it instead of being contacted to come pick it up? secondly, I appreciate the complimentary car wash but if I had to pay $15 for it I would have asked for my money back. the driver side running board still had mud on it as well as a good portion of my tailgate. I will give kudos to the service advisor because he came out and asked me if I wanted to take care of a problem that he noticed. I declined at that time. I love the new waiting area and the coffee machine (free!) although I'm not much of a coffee drinker I still appreciated it. the service department has improved from before. More
