Oil change/tire rotation Had to wait for an hour even though I got there before 8am. When checking out with cashier, she asked me for $112 although I have already bought the p Had to wait for an hour even though I got there before 8am. When checking out with cashier, she asked me for $112 although I have already bought the package for oil changed and this was my 2nd one out of three. She also told me that they did regular oil versus the synthetic oil that I have requested. The service advisor was with another customer so I had to wait again until another service advisor helped me fix the paperwork after he saw how frustrated I was. It seems like every time I come to this dealer for any type of service, I end up with issues. This visit should have been an easy in/out experience that turned into a thing that needed extra time. More
