When the exact configuration of vehicle wasn't available locally, he found one 45 minutes away and went out himself to retrieve it. It's worth noting that the last vehicle I bought was during COVID and from a competing dealership. The buying experience there was the worst I've ever had. The salesman was rude and impatient. When I got my vehicle is was covered in dust with smudges on the windows and an empty gas tank. In contrast, the experience at Dick Scott could not have been better. Everyone there is professional and friendly. I left with a vehicle that was freshly washed, detailed and had a full tank of gas (big deal with current gas prices!). Also, I got the best deal in town.
