Great dealership to get your car serviced. I've gone here probably 6 - 8 times since I bought my Challenger in 2015 for various things and every time the employees were very nice and helpful. Too Busy, but Jim Nall was good I made an appointment on-line but had no idea that they ween't going to service my car. It was just to see me. Unforseen circumstances caused me to stay. Jim Nall was the sales rep that helped me. I thought he was personable and reasonable. I think overall your to busy and shouldn't over promise and under deliver. Even when my car was 'ready' to be picked up it took over 2 hrs to get me out the door. They said they had to move cars around and around to get to mine. Seems like the process flow could be better so customers don't have to wait more than they should. More
