First oil change on new Chrysler 300 Informed time would be 45m & it was exactly 45 m. Car was also washed & my points covered the cost. A person directed me in to service than informed me to step out of my car & someone would help me. No one introduced themselves to me but process appeared well organized. Had to check out with service staff as cashiers printer was not working. Received a phone call from Nicole 1-2 hours after I left center telling me my car was ready sounded surprised when I said I was driving my car. More

Everyone at Dick Scott made the transaction smooth, enjoyable and informative. From the start, everyone was transparent as to what vehicle would work best for me and how I could get the best deal within my budget. Eric Roundy, Jack McKenna, and Justin Baxter were knowledgeable and patient through the whole process. Stephanie Bates was also informative and courteous in responding to my emails. This dealer also has a great variety of vehicles and had the specific color and edition I desired. I really cannot say enough positive things about this dealer and those who work there. I will definitely be leasing my cars from here in the future and have already recommended them to friends and family!! More
