Lack of completion Took my car in for oil change and to have my turn signal checked out, while it was there also wanted a couple other things looked at. I had to call to check status and was told they wouldn’t have it done until monday. They don’t offer courtesy cars you have to go down to the rental place down the road. I call Monday to follow up again, was told it would be 2-3 days for one part and 2-3 weeks for another. Get home and realize another issue was never even looked at because it had to do with body shop vs service center. It was there for a total of 5 days(of the days a Sunday) so 4 work days and the response I got was, I don’t think they looked at it. Shouldn’t the “service rep” make sure everything had been checked over before releasing a car?! Sad thing is we switched from previous service center to them because of reviews. So 5 days without my car and all I got was an oil change! More

The process can take irritably long, but Jake kept me informed every step of the way. This is my second lease from here and I will continue to come back. The service department is friendly and takes care of you as well. Only four stars because I felt a little awkward in the beginning. Making an appointment and showing up at my appointment then being passed on to someone else because they had another appointment coming in. I knew I always wanted a Jeep, other than that I have no inscentive (I come from a Ford family) I don’t get any major discount I go because I love the product. Buying a car is like buying a lifestyle. In the end I got the car I wanted and am enjoying every mile of it. Thank you Jake and Dick Scott Dodge crew! More

Amazing dedication for helping people get what they want! I walked in the Dick Scott after being turned down from another local dealership because of my not so hot credit and owing more than what my 2017 Rogu I walked in the Dick Scott after being turned down from another local dealership because of my not so hot credit and owing more than what my 2017 Rogue was worth. I worked with Eric and he worked really hard to find a bank that would work with me and and offered more for my vehicle than the other dealership did. By at least a few thousand more dollars! I had the great pleasure of working with Eric, Rick and Justin and not a single one of them made me feel judged or bad for my credit score. We didn't even talk about the bad stuff on there at all. They just somehow made it happen. I got the dream car I've wanted for at least the past 15 years. And even better than than, I got the newest and best model. I was fully expecting to not get anything, let alone the best model with all the bells and whistles! I actually almost canceled my appointment with them after getting turned down from the other dealership. I'm so glad I didn't! I still don't know how they did it, but I'm beyond happy! I'm forever a jeep girl now, and I will always return to Dick Scott for future vehicles and I 100% fully recommend going here. Please don't get discouraged if you've been turned down before.
