I wanted a 1500 Regular Cab 5.7 4x4 not a unicorn Because nobody buys a regular pick up anymore I had to order the truck. It took longer than estimated for the truck to come in, a month longer. When I went to pick the truck up it was spotless, the sales person was great, the financing, and the final paperwork was smooth and organized. The sales person, Maddison, walked me through the features and the set up. I have had the truck a week and have moved crap for several people, one was on a dirt road, that really pissed me off. Ive gotten a speeding ticket because Im used to the 4.7L engine. Almost rear-ended a car because I was playing with the U-connect messaging as I am not used to having anything to do while Im driving other than drive (last truck had manual windows, manual locks...). None of that has to do with the dealer, they did a great job. They could have gotten the truck there quicker, no biggie. More

One of the service guys by the name of Rob took a very good look at my truck, and knew what was going on with the truck. He explained to me why the truck was doing what it was doing and told me don’t worry I we will take care of you. You know that made me feel so good to here that , and not only did he do that. He had the service people doing a real good check on the car to make sure everything was good. He came back and told me the car is now in good shape. Simple check up turned into them having my Jeep for a month. I went in for an oil change and check up. Ended up being a transition adjustment.
