Awful Amber, Awesome Bob Let me start by sayng that our salesperson Bob was amazing. Very friendly. Told us local places to eat and some history about the town. And even came in on Saturday, his day off, to finish the sale. That was a good experience. Then we had to go into an a office with a woman named Amber to sign the paperwork. Right off the bat, Amber seemed a bit rude. She is flipping through pages (barely explaining), and just telling my husband to sign. We get to a page that she asks him to initial. And my husband asks "What is this for?" Amber states "It is giving your permission for the dealership to call you." So my husband asks "Why would the dealership be calling?" Her answer: "I don't know. I won't be calling you. Maybe your salesperson Bob will." She never answered the question. She could have said with sales, promotions, with anyour problems. But, nope. She was extremely rude and short the entire time. When we walked out of the office my husband knee what i was thinking and said "Yes, shes rude. She was yesterday too" (he had gone to look at the truck the previous day alone). We will not ever go back to that dealership simply because of her. Which is sad, because I would have gladly purchased another vehicle from Bob. More

My one disappointment was that the car, which I assumed was safety checked and repaired, had a driving light bulb out and I had to replace the rotors almost immediately. Granted I probably should have driven the car harder on the test drive and walked around a bit more, but I just assumed these were issues done during reconditioning and safety checking. Also, I didn't get the traditional full tank of gas. So overall, great sales staff, but I was disappointed in a few details I assumed would be taken care of under the umbrella of "reconditioned and safety inspected." More
