Never had such a great experience. I knew want I wanted in a truck and they had it available. The sales manager came out from his office once started talking with the sales rep, manager came out introduced himself which I thought was nice. During the whole process, I never once felt pushed or even rushed into making a decision. If the representative was not able to answer a question, he was very honest about it instead of making something up just to make a sale. That’s so hard to find these days. Nice job to all that I interacted with!!! More

They reported doing and oil change on the vehicle on car fax, the window sticker said 4000 over due. The change oil light came on the second morning I drove it. I also was led to believe that I have to ha fax, the window sticker said 4000 over due. The change oil light came on the second morning I drove it. I live 45 miles away and while enroute to my appointment I received a text that people walked in and were seriously looking at purchasing it. Ian apologized but that did not undo the breach of trust.
