Unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased a week ago today is still in the shop, getting $320 would rate this place with a 5 just because of Sheri Lynn. My car was there for a transmission issue and overheating. They had it almost 2 weeks to replace a radiator hose and did nothing to the transmission but drive it and tell me there was nothing wro overheating. Ask for Jerry! Jerry was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He was extremely helpful, honest and didn't give the typical "used car salesman" vibe. As for Danny, he tried to keep us from leaving after we decided against purchasing the vehicle that we had planned on driving home that day. He swore that he wasn't a salesman, he was the finance person, but when I had scheduled my appointment for sales I was originally scheduled with him. We were very clear that we wanted a van but NOT a Pacifica. When we explained to him why we weren't interested in Pacificas, his response was, "don't let that stop you..." Until you are paying for our vehicle, you don't get to dictate what should or should not stop us from purchasing something! Even after making it clear that we would not purchase a Pacifica even though there were many on the lot, he told us there was a van turned in that was in the new dealership service department that we should go look at. He had go down the street to look at it, only to discover it was a Pacifica. He is the reason that the "used car salesman" stigma exists. More
