Disapointing at best. We brought our RAM 1500 in for an oil change, loud humming and brake noise and front sensor went out. Made the appointment online 5 days in advance si We brought our RAM 1500 in for an oil change, loud humming and brake noise and front sensor went out. Made the appointment online 5 days in advance signed up for a loaner and showed up for our appointment Monday on time. We stood around waiting for 20 minutes for someone to wait on us, when they did we were told that there were no loaners but we could walk down the road and rent a car if they had one. Even though the web site said we had a loaner and its part of our service contract. Fast forward 4 days no phone calls so we called to see how our truck was progressing. We are told that they have been real busy and haven't gotten to it yet and it might be next week sometime. We went and got the truck, made an appointment at Fox Hills with Dale, took it in the next day, got a loaner and had the truck fixed the next day. This isn't the first time we have had problems with Dick Scott but it will be the last time. I can't recommend them find someone else that appreciates your business. More

Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer Just recently leased a 2020 Grand Cherokee. The actual vehicle I wanted was not on the property, but they worked hard to find a solution. Found the vehicle and worked through the financing with me. Very patient as I made my decision. Once decision was made was able to pick vehicle up within 24 hours. Ran into a few surprises, but Sherita and Jon walked me through the issue and were willing and able to provide a solution. I am very happy with the Cherokee and pleased with the service provided.
