The service was fast and friendly. As soon as I pulled into the bay the gentleman met me and filled out the information for my vehicle. Took 3 days just to run a diagnostic test on my car. I had to call to get an update on my car because no one called me. After getting angry and upset with my service guy someone finally looked at it. After they found the problem it was fixed fast which I appreciated but I was not happy with the struggle I had to go through just to have someone test it. Also they changed my license plate holder without my my consent and therefore I will be taking it off and changing it. Overall I was not very satisfied with this place. More
Let me start by saying that Dominic is amazing at customer service however the problem is his boss, Jon Mabery! He is so rude, condescending and dismissive! My son purchased a vehicle that has a blow customer service however the problem is his boss, Jon Mabery! He is so rude, condescending and dismissive! My son purchased a vehicle that has a blown head gasket, bald tires and this guy actually had the nerve to tell me he was disappointed that it was in his service department for repair! He also refused to do anything about the tires that have 1/32 tread on them which doesn't pass safety inspection. Jon then went on to tell the salesman of the vehicle that anything they did to this vehicle would come out of his paycheck and he said it with pride right in front of myself, my son and his pregnant girlfriend. This vehicle was purchased on June 4th 2020 and within 12 hrs my son called about the engine light being on, he was also promised new tires until Jon got involved and its been down hill ever since. The owner of this dealership should really consider demoting or firing this person and replacing him with Dominic! Although I'm not happy or satisfied with the outcome Dominic really knows how to speak with and deal with people but unfortunately his hands are tied due to Jon being his boss! I should also mention that they have had this vehicle in their service department for over 10 days now. I tried to explain that my son is young, expecting a baby in a few months and needed safe reliable transportation for him and his family. They may not be held legally accountable but they definitely should be morally!!! More

Oil change/tire rotation I made an on line appointment for 3:30. When I arrived, the service center was busy. I drove up, spoke to the service staff and they had my vehicle pa I made an on line appointment for 3:30. When I arrived, the service center was busy. I drove up, spoke to the service staff and they had my vehicle parked within 5 minutes. The service took a reasonable amount of time and was close to the time quoted by staff. Overall, this visit was great! More
