Service Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, found out the front driver's side tire was out of alignment, so approved front end alignment. I asked how long it would take to have the vehicle serviced, I was told 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I was called to authorize the replacement of the air filter. I authorized the replacement and was told the car was completed once the air filter was replaced. I was being picked up by the shuttle driver and the driver hadn't arrived after 40 minutes so I called the dealership and was told that the alignment was not completed and that I would be called to let me know the service was completed and the shuttle driver was on his way. In total the service took 5-1/2 hours, which is a lot different than what I was told. More

Oil change/tire rotation Had to wait for an hour even though I got there before 8am. When checking out with cashier, she asked me for $112 although I have already bought the p Had to wait for an hour even though I got there before 8am. When checking out with cashier, she asked me for $112 although I have already bought the package for oil changed and this was my 2nd one out of three. She also told me that they did regular oil versus the synthetic oil that I have requested. The service advisor was with another customer so I had to wait again until another service advisor helped me fix the paperwork after he saw how frustrated I was. It seems like every time I come to this dealer for any type of service, I end up with issues. This visit should have been an easy in/out experience that turned into a thing that needed extra time. Not having any luck with the other services advisors recently I was happy to see a new face in the service bay. Jason helped me get checked in and explained everything to me. Jason is a people person and is knowledgeable about vehicles. Jason maybe a new employee, but he is well on his way to becoming an All-star at Dick Scott. More
