We have done our best to try and resolve your complaint and are sorry to see you are not happy with our efforts. Our records do not show any damage to your vehicle as stated in your review. When you brought the damage to the attention of our Service Manager, you stated, you noticed the damage following your recent service visit. The type of hoist used during your most recent service visit could not have caused the type of damage you are reporting. It was after this was explained to you that you then stated the damage must have come from an earlier service visit. If we had caused this damage we most certainly would take the appropriate measures to correct this damage. We have no indication that the damage was done under our care. However, since you are such a good customer, our Service Manager offered to help cover the costs of your repair. We have made every effort to make this situation as hassle free as possible and are very sorry to see that our efforts have not successfully resolved the situation.

We apologize you feel you had a negative experience at our dealership; at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram our goal is complete satisfaction and exceptional service to all customers. Sometimes it is very difficult to diagnose noises at different speeds or on different road conditions when the customer is not here to show us. At times we must have the customer come back in to ride with us to help duplicate the noise, because even though the customer is hearing it, it may not be something that our tech picks up on. Our techs drive a lot of vehicles and some noises are not something a tech would classify as abnormal or it may be to faint for them to think it is a problem. Sometimes if the noise is faint or does not happen badly enough to duplicate on a consistent basis, we may have to go with the most probable cause. Therefore, some repairs were done to fix what was thought to have been the problem. We try very hard to fix noises that customers are concerned about but sometimes we do need their help and patience in finding them. And sometimes there are multiple issues leading to one noise. We may fix one problem, but it may not completely resolve the noise, therefore, it may result in more than one repair to completely resolve a sound. We respect our customers time and understand how inconvenient having your vehicle in service for long periods of time is. We try our best to resolve issues as efficiently and quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize that resolving your noise issue was more complicated and took as long as it did.

We try our best to make repairs as quickly as possible, however some repairs, such as transmission issues, can be time-consuming. Our initial repair was thought to have corrected the issue. Clearly once it left our service department it was found that it did not fix the issue. Now we are in the process of rebuilding the transmission, which unfortunately is a time-consuming repair. We do sincerely apologize for you inconvenience. We do understand being without your vehicle for any length of time is not convenient and we are working to finish your repair as soon as possible.

Now it's May 21, 2018 and you've had my van for almost 2 months. My daughter, who should be driving to get her hours to take Segment 2 of drivers ed still doesn't have enough driving hours because she can not legally drive the rental vehicle we have. So, not only am I inconvenienced, but my daughter's driver education training has been put on hold. This is ridiculous!
