Bought a 2020 F 150 in 3-4 2021 brand new from this dealership. Have had it into this dealership 2 times for the same issue.Now the kicker is that if they sold you an Extended Warranty thru [First Exte dealership. Have had it into this dealership 2 times for the same issue.Now the kicker is that if they sold you an Extended Warranty thru [First Extended Service Corporation watch out cause this dealership DOES NOT ACCEPT FARM BUREA INSRANCE IN case you have to rent a car thru Dick Smith. So here I am having to rent a car out of pocket as my truck sits for who knows how long to be repaired.So be very very careful what you buy from this dealership. More

Well hoe in xxxx do they sell Insurance to you knowing that your not covered .I understand the frustration that these service tech go thru.And I feel for them.But to be honest it's not my problem.So be very very careful buying an extended warranty from these folks I hope that Gio and the men in the service dept understands .Cause they didn't sell me on this warranty. Traveling back home to Alabama and had a charging issue on a 2018 F450. Several ford dealers said they couldn’t even check it for a couple of days! Really?
