I know now the service at this particular dealership is ridiculous. Charged me almost $400 for a service they did not supply on my vehicle. Paid them when the vehicle has a warranty , got in the vehicle drove for 39 minutes with the ac blowing hot again , great service SMFH More

When I come in to get my tires mounted and balance, I expect them to put the tires on correctly, the first time. If you look at every single car on the road, and on your dealership lot, the white walls a expect them to put the tires on correctly, the first time. If you look at every single car on the road, and on your dealership lot, the white walls are facing inward so why would you put my tires the complete wrong way?? and then make me come back and wait two hours, two days in a row! I shouldn’t have to wait this long for y’all to fix your mistake when it should’ve have done right the first time! I will find a better Ford dealership with better service department next time for my other Ford. More
