I was very disappointed in the service department, I had an appointment for 745am, for a simple oil change a s tire Rotation, and it took 3hrs to complete and I was in the express lane. Is 3hrs the normal t an appointment for 745am, for a simple oil change a s tire Rotation, and it took 3hrs to complete and I was in the express lane. Is 3hrs the normal time for an oil change? I hope the other nissan service department are not like this. If so I'll start using oil express oil changing places. I.e. the new Valvoline places that are popping up every where, no line ,no waiting long. Thanks. More
