Day one i was shown a vehicle out of my negotiation range and came back on day two just to find out i wasn’t heard at all. They only wanted to sale me a new car. Ok that took a hour Day two 3 hour encounter and came back on day two just to find out i wasn’t heard at all. They only wanted to sale me a new car. Ok that took a hour Day two 3 hour encounter Jayden finally showed me used SUVs very orderly. i met the manager of “30 years” D.D. They showed me used vehicles but were priced as new Mid conversation D.D answers his personal phone. During that time i called my family to help make an informed decision. D.D accused me of being rude and shopping with another dealer. Him with the offer on the vehicle i wanted balled up in his hand goes on to say “you are being rude shopping with another dealer you gonna get Jayden fired. You can just leave i have 3 other customers waiting! You can just go elsewhere and buy that car! You can leave now.” I felt embarrassed shamed and ect. I am a single mother of two shopping for a reliable car for my children. My father passed away so to being treated that way, negotiation factors weren’t heard, and the reaction to me contacting my next kin male figure this saddens me. I left abruptly with my mom. I did not even want to go back i to get my paperwork. My mother had to do that for me. I did not consult no other worker was there to correct to justify this situation. I heard of the stigma but never experienced it myself thanks DICK SMITH NISSAN for the horrid 5 hour long experience. I do not recommend this to unexperienced buyers. The reason for 2 stars was the coffee, receptionist, and Jaydens manners only. If it wasn’t for that 0. I hope to be reached out to someone regarding this matter. My mother told them sorry. More
