Thought taking my vehicle to original manufacturer would have been the best decision but it was a costly one with no success. Maybe great for basic services like oil changes but nothing beyond that. Terrible customer service, had to wait 20 minutes to get waited on and didn’t even tell me what all they did. Just told me to go to the cashier. The service was excellent. From the moment I scheduled the service, dropping the automobile off at the service bay to the polite way the service tech greeted me. I have to admit the service representative Karel Gass was excellent. In discussing the repair work she observed my automotive knowledge base and adjusted her explanation to the level of my knowledge in a very positive way. This level of communication was dynamic and refreshing. She also instructed me on using the dealership customer WiFi so I could do some work as I waited on my ride. The follow up communications were just as crisp and courteous. Overall I would give it a five star rating. More
