i made an appt to have my oil changed. the process for making an appt was slow and cumbersome. I took the car in on time. During the next 90 minutes, I got a couple irritating text message the process for making an appt was slow and cumbersome. I took the car in on time. During the next 90 minutes, I got a couple irritating text messages. I could not open any of the links, and I don't know that I wanted to. After 90 minutes, I called to see about my car. The person who answered my call told me they didn't have a car in service under my name. After I told him, they did; he checked and found it He then told me it was ready. When I went to check out, the clerk didn't have my paperwork. I went into the service area to get some help. I finally found someone who had my paper work. It was an awful experience, just to get an oil change. I got my car 2 hours after I took it in fore an oil change. More
