The person that received me and that was in charge of taking care of my vehicle was absolutely terrible. They failed to inform me and keep me updated on what was going on with my car. I had to call repeatedly to get any kind of update. I dropped it off early and I didn't hear anything about it until I called five hours after my appointment. The second time I called 7 hours later.I had to speak to the service manager. What day had written up for my vehicle wasn't even what I said. After I told the service manager what I need to look at it.Only took fifteen minutes to diagnose the problem. The service manager and the technicians were amazing.
