It took three visits on our brand new vehicle and only got it resolved because the amazing sales guy Brandon, Mike the manager and Jessica helped. (Brandon, Mike, Jessica = good). I cannot recommend this dealership because of the service department. A brand new car bought weeks ago should not have to go in three times! The dealership should stand behind new sales, but clearly that is not the case. They did finally agree to put new tires on our new truck we just bought with under 300 miles on it to stop the shaking, but please know I had planned to post on the internet telling others in Columbia that this dealership would not stand by their product. I was going to post in two groups. One local group has 21,000 people alone. I was so upset I probably would have joined more groups just so I could post in more places to reach more people. I promise you with every fiber of my being I planned to publish to the world this experience. You can thank Brandon, Mike and Jessica that I didn’t because they got the job done. The only people I recommended are Brandon, Mike and Jessica. They got new tires on so I won’t post all over the internet. Hopefully I could have reached 100,000 people with the contacts and groups I have. I planned to. The stress is real. I regret this purchase. Never again. The third appointment we didn’t wait because we just couldn’t after the last two times we did. More

My car was there for diagnostic six hours and nothing was done to it and no one called. I called at 3:00 to get the status. I was placed on hold and when my representative answered she could not give me any done to it and no one called. I called at 3:00 to get the status. I was placed on hold and when my representative answered she could not give me any information. She stated she would call me back. I asked will be possible to call back in the next 15 minutes she said give her 15 to 20. I waited on the call back which never happened. I decided just to go and she what was going on. I surprised her and she begin telling how busy it was and never left to go and check. My paperwork had about 3 to 4 papers on top of it which led me to believe there was no intention of doing anything soon. She left to go and speak with the person who was supposed to be working on my car and later informed me that he was not going to charge for the diagnostic. I said thanks, but later while talking to her I learned that the diagnostic was never done. She said he looked at the car for about an hour and decided he wasn’t going to work on it because it was too many wiring and she he said he hopes it not the wiring for my sake and advised me to go to the Infinite dealer. I ask could have a copy of the paperwork to take with me she said she can send them a copy More
