My experience in purchasing the truck was great. There was a recall on 2025 murano so I made an appointment that was easy. But when I arrived to the service department the i didn't know where to really go so I pulled in the first drive up Karel I believe she chk me in gave me a nasty look as if I was coming with some problems at the end of the day. She ask what i here for oil change, I said no for a recall on I guess a light or something. Tried showing the recall to her she says nah I got. The wasy she was looking like she couldnt find anything in the sysytem. Returning the next day to pick up she was talking to another lady and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there so I went to the second drive up and she proceeded to say when I ask where do I go to pickup my car, she say to the cashier office I was like ok and where is that. She just points. Another lady came and was like come on our show you. She was very nice. More
