We had a good experience with Dick Smith. I was very disappointed that they will not honor a Veteran's discount, unless you are a Retired Vet or have 20 or more years. I’m disappointed that you no longer offer your customers complimentary drinks and snacks. We already pay more money to get our cars serviced at the dealership at least it should come with extra perks. Also, complimentary drinks and snacks. Also, the staff should pay a little extra attention to what the customer is saying and avoid getting annoyed when we ask questions. We work hard for our money and we just want to ensure that we are not being taken. I love the lady at the checkout desk. She is always so nice! More
I had a question/issue with warning light and sound. I walked into the dealership and was warmly greeted. My car was driven for me to the service dept. And I was introduced to the service writer. The w I walked into the dealership and was warmly greeted. My car was driven for me to the service dept. And I was introduced to the service writer. The wait was about 10 minutes before I was informed of their findings. My car is new to me so things were fine and I was not made to feel foolish for my concerns. Excellent experience! More
