I have a 2023 Nission Titan Platinum Reserve with extended warranty contract, which includes oil changes for their 5 years. During the service I was told that my battery failed check and both Sterlin extended warranty contract, which includes oil changes for their 5 years. During the service I was told that my battery failed check and both Sterling and Break fluid needed to be replaced and all my tires were 5/32 i informed the service tech that do not change anything and I'll get the repairs done later then I found that my wiper blade was broken found the broken part in the bed of my truck I called service advisor (Robina Caulder) about the broken wiper blade she needed to call me back when she called me back she stated the car wash must have broken the blade and wanted me to return ( it was now raining) I had to stop at a auto store (Advance auto) they check my battery and charger system and no faults were found my.
