I was traveling from NC to SC when I started having car issues. I googled the nearest Nissan dealership. It brought me to Dick Smith Nissan in Lexington. My service person was Seth. They were in the middle issues. I googled the nearest Nissan dealership. It brought me to Dick Smith Nissan in Lexington. My service person was Seth. They were in the middle of closing. He said they would get to my car on Monday. I received a rental car from them. He kept his promise and then some. My car was fixed on Monday. I picked it up on Tuesday, and I didn’t have to pay because they said it warranty. I could not praise God enough for them. Thank you for taking care of me and my car! More

This was the fourth time I visited the dealership for the same issue with the stereo system not working properly. Jaclyn was very helpful and persistent throughout the process.
