I came for an oil change the day before I was leaving for an out of town trip. The morning we were supposed to leave, there was a giant oil spot under my car in my garage! Good thing I noticed it. They were an out of town trip. The morning we were supposed to leave, there was a giant oil spot under my car in my garage! Good thing I noticed it. They were not open so I had to go somewhere else. Fortunately it was just a loose oil plug and we were low 1/4 quart. Thank goodness for jiffy lube being open on Sunday and fixing it for free. If I didn’t have a service contract, I’d not return..
