Felt like they weren’t up front with pricing and I signed for an oil change only at $115. After getting my car and receipt I see they added things. When they asked about filters I said engine only and he sai for an oil change only at $115. After getting my car and receipt I see they added things. When they were done I saw my car sitting there completed and I was unaware they send emails to notify you that your car is ready. So I waited 15 minutes or more before I was told my car was ready. I felt like it was because I had no appointment. Until I retired I used the two notch rd location and was never told I needed an appointment. I prefer the two notch rd service department over Lexington. I felt the price for an oil change was excessive and will probably no longer use the dealership any longer for routine maintenance but if I do it will be two Notch rd. More

This dealer does not care about the customer. Was quoted one price then sent to cashier and quote was doubled. Waited almost two hours to get four lug nuts put on. This is not the first time this dealership has ripped me off. I only went back because they were the only place I could get the Nissan part from. More

We bought a dealer demo: 2023 Titan Platinum Reserve. At the time the sales clerk informed maintenance that a problem with the front parking assist censor was out and the part would need to be ordered, At the time the sales clerk informed maintenance that a problem with the front parking assist censor was out and the part would need to be ordered, at the last service I was informed that the sales person no longer worked there , and that part would have to come from the factory, and was not ordered. At the same time the maintenance personnel stated that all my tire wear was down and needed to schedule a appointment, when I asked if all the tires needed to be replaced they said yes, at that time I gave them a tire tred deephed and where they just replaced the right front tire deep was 11/32 and all other had a deep from 5/32 to 8/32 , that was completed only 2 days earlier. They said we'll they probably made a mistake, so I pulled out my tire deep gage ( I'm a trucker i check my tires before any maintenance is done) and showed him the deep on my tires were they were incorrect they the person that did the tire checks went home early and would not be back that day and they will half two, wait to do a second, check on the tires.Until he came back to work, it's been approximately a month.And they still haven't called me back. The next thing they stated that I needed all oils and annie freezing.would needed to be serviced ( emptied and replaced) i told them that no they were just toped off less than a week ago, the next problem we found was because it was raining and wiper blades needed to be replaced I gave them a receipt for the wipers.I had just bought the day before and yes I put one (1) size longer on the passenger side and stated no they are new and asked for my bill so I could leave, about 2 miles from the dealership the passenger side wiper started to scratch the windshield they said there car wash probably is what broke the windshield wiper in half i found the broken peace on my backseat ???? Big RED FLAGS going off in my head then they said I can return and the could replace the one that somehow found it's way to the inside of my truck, I stated that I stopped at the auto parts store to buy a new one again nissan dealership stated they would cover the price of there wipers $1.30 each the ones that I use are Rain X Platinum at about $44 to $54 each i then told them have a nice day good by. The next day I got called about the problems that had happened, I informed the dealership that I have paid for the extended maintenance program that I don't pay for oil changes And air filters and stuff like this is all covered under the dealership extended warranty package that I paid up front for i then asked for my maintenance records be transfered to a different dealership I would not return/ recommend this dealership again they stated that my records are maintained at that dealership only..( We are now looking for a new truck) that was our third (3) truck with them over the last 3 years. More
