I'd advise anyone either looking into a new/used vehicle purchase, and for certain anyone looking for "service", to strongly reconsider taking your business to Dick Smith Nissan of Lexington. My most recent purchase, and for certain anyone looking for "service", to strongly reconsider taking your business to Dick Smith Nissan of Lexington. My most recent service appointment ended up costing me twice the amount of the original estimate due to additional damage they caused but refused to cover. There is a clear lack of comprehension regarding "customer lifetime value" on behalf of their Service Manager. In the span of 4-1/2 years, including a new vehicle purchase and prior service appointments—I've personally spent tens of thousands at their dealership. Due to the ineptitude of the service manager, they've ensured I will not be spending any additional money with Dick Smith Automotive Group. More
