I got a reference to this dealership from my boss at work who also had a great experience. I worked mostly with Tim Tyler who I learned later was actually new to the dealership. Not only that, but I was also his first ever sale, and from my experience with him I would never have been able to tell unless I was told! His supervisor Dave Arenson was also incredibly helpful. I can't say good enough things about him either, he stayed on the phone with the bank until he hammered through a deal that we could finally take and I appreciate it all the more. I had previously been to 7 different dealerships and they had all been completely unbearable. One of the first dealerships I went to was D'Arcy in Joliet and they were absolutely horrible. Wickstrom Chevy was miles and miles ahead of the competition and I will hands down recommend them to any person I know who is looking for a new car. More

Couldn't have been happier with the car buying experience. Mike and Dave were great to work with, not 'pushy' at all, and tried VERY hard working with my GM credit card people to get them to let m experience. When we went to the dealership, each staff person we met was polite and smiling.
