Terry Biernat, of Dick Wickstrom’s Chevrolet in Roselle, Illinois, has been my go-to guy for repairs/service for SEVERAL years. Also, I can’t help but note on his truth and honestly; other service shops have used fear as a motivator for me to get my car worked on in areas I didn't even know needed service. Terry has never once made me feel pressure or fear in any way. He seems to respect my pocket-book and will tell me just how many miles have left before any such issue needs attention. We have very curious kids and Terry takes the time out of his busy schedule to answer all of their questions from the pictures hanging on his desk to equipment used in the shop that they can see from his desk.
