Generally, this is my preferred Jeep Service Center. They provide service as requested and if the vehicle is due for maintenance, they will share what should be done now versus what can be done at the next scheduled appointment. This is helpful as some things are quite expensive. More

Knowledgeable and friendly. This is the first car dealership I’ve been to that didn’t feel skeevy or predatory at all. I felt that I got a fair deal on my car, and any question I asked was met with dealership I’ve been to that didn’t feel skeevy or predatory at all. As a bonus- I totally look like a degenerate that you wouldn’t expect to be able to afford a nice car, but I was still treated like I was a high class businessman wearing a suit. I often get profiled and blown off when it comes to inquiries for expensive items but that was not the case here. There are closer dealerships to my house that have serviced my old car previously (I basically just bought the newer version of my old car) but honestly at this point I’d rather have a longer drive and continue business with these fine folks instead because the customer service is so much better. This is my new go-to place. They even took the time to patiently answer questions about my partner’s Jeep, and she wasn’t even their client! Truly a genuine experience and I highly recommend. More

Great experience with getting our heater fixed in our 3500 4x4 diesel truck. Although it took longer then expected we were provided with an AWV for transportation.
