7:00 am appointment for oil change and wiper blade replacement. I was there prior to them opening. Slow to check in by front desk. Truck moved in for service at 7:30. Not completed until 9:15. Did not do the basic checks that I thought every dealership did, fluid levels, air pressure, etc. Over 2 hours for an oil change with the first appointment of the day, poor service. More

This use to be a great place to go too, but for some odd reason, it has changed for the worst. I wont get call backs when leaving a message or even a direct message, Ill ask if they can fill my wiper fluid, reason, it has changed for the worst. A sales guy came over and showed me Dodge Chargers. Most recent incident, was a 2 weeks ago, asked to get my spark plugs changed out and they wanted a $1,000 to replace them. Went to another shop and got them done for waaaaaayyyyy less. More
