Did everything I asked them to do and Service Advisor James Chamlee was GREAT! He communicated with me before and after the service and was very honest and upfront and friendly. James was the only person I dealt with during my visit, and he was a great representation for the dealership. I had a buddy rip me for paying a more for service by going to a dealership for service versus a small independent shop. Being able to make an appointment on a Sunday night for a Monday morning time slot, in addition to having trained techs who know everything about my vehicle and work on them everyday, is why I'm not so concerned about possibly paying a few more dollars. It's a piece of mind knowing that my vehicle was serviced as needed by an experienced person who knows what to look for. You get what you pay for. More
