Had my vehicle towed in for an issue with it misfiring on #4 cylinder. I was very surprised they had an appt available on 7/13/2026 at 130pm. They told me I did not respond to a text to acknowledge working on the vehicle. Told them I did not get a text and immediately they sent me the text. I acknowledged it and just figured something went wrong and it work itself out. The next day, 7/14, I reached out in the morning and was told since it was next in line to get in. I asked when I would know what is wrong. The woman I spoke to said it will take a couple days for them to contact me. I am confused....next in line but then it will take couple days. Why is that. I got the answer we are very busy here and people have called off. Still I am confused I am next in line but it will take a couple days to get back to me. I wait until the afternoon to check again, I called and this time I was told that they are contacting Enterprise. I asked why and they stated they don't have a vehicle. Told the lady that I wasn't looking for a vehicle and then she put me on hold and told me that I am next in line. Learning here that the standard answer here is you are next in line. In the late afternoon I called back and this time Steve answered the phone. I explained the same thing to him and he told me I don't have an appt so get it in when he can. I tried to explain that I had an appt on Monday. Okay, I will just try the next day. Today, 7/15 I called again and was told we will call you when the car gets in. I don't have faith in them calling me because they did not call me when they had an issue with the appt and it took me to call to find out they sent the wrong text. Clearly the service department is understaffed and just do what they need to get people off the phone. This is the reason I stopped going there for service because it was terrible and I take it to my local garage. Since this was a warranty item (I believe) I am stuck taking it to the dealer. If I would have known all of this I would have taken it to the garage near my house to get checked. Now that it is towed, I am stuck without a vehicle and can't get an answer when it will get in. Willing to update my review at a later time when I finally get someone to be honest with me. Steve was the most honest with I am going to get it in as fast as I can. The others....next in line....okay, that is not being truthful. More
