In all of my years dealing with car dealership service departments, I have never come across a person who is as kind, compassionate, considerate, and willing to "think outside the box" as Launi is. As ser departments, I have never come across a person who is as kind, compassionate, considerate, and willing to "think outside the box" as Launi is. As service advisors go, I would never want to let her go. Sadly, in less than a year, I will be moving out of state.
