When buying, they are super nice. Bought the platinum extended warranty for a used car from their lot. Had after market starter put in. My car wouldn’t start after having it for 3 -4 months and again the same issue in a couple months after that. They ran a diagnostic each time. First time they couldn’t find an issue. But then said it was the battery and of course replaced it. Second time couldn’t find nothing again after they ran a diagnostic and Was told to take it to a Nissan dealer to diagnose it. I took my car to Nissan and they kept my car for 3 weeks. Did 2 diagnostics and detected the problem. Call Dickson city and Was talking to a super nice man Jerry from service. He was willing to help work with me to get my car fixed right, and he had to get his manager involved. Well that manager didn’t want to hear anything and told me to bring my car back for another diagnostic. That will be the 5 th I will pay for in less in a years time. He doesn’t care. It’s not his money!!! I called a customer service number I received to find out Dickson City Hyundai have a D minus rating from the better business bureau. Definitely read all reviews before buying from them!!! More

I called yesterday, I was told by the desk girl that all the salesmen were busy. She took my name and repeated my number back to me, letting me know that someone would call me back. Today arrives. You guessed it. No call back. Are we surprised? Nope. But when you owe money or they want to close a deal, I'm sure they have your number on speed dial. I call again this afternoon, and once again, put on hold just to be told "all salesmen are busy". And then the desk girl says, "i'LL tAkE yOuR numBeR aNd hAvE soMeOnE cALL yoU bAcK", to which I said, "Oh, like yesterday when you said the same thing and I never got a call back?" Lmao. Silence. It's sad because you lost a potential customer. You had a car on the lot that I wanted. But I'll just have another dealership order the N for me. Take this as a learning opportunity, either work on your line of communication, or ensure someone is following up with phone calls. It's not rocket science ladies and gentlemen. More

I took my car (henceforth referred to as Lu) in for a needed service on the computer. I dropped her off (a lovely person, don't know name, checked me in!) at 8am and went to Starbucks to write and wait. needed service on the computer. When they discovered that she needed tires, he was great at suggesting types and price levels for me. "She needed new shoes!" I, of course, got them! Can't let Lu walk around in old shoes. In addition, they did an oil change for me. And by 11:25am, Lu was done! She's gorgeous, runs beautifully, and has awesome looking new shoes!! Much safer for me with winter coming. Thanks so much to my favorite car dealership - and staff!! **Btw, Nezir Alic was my salesperson last summer (2023). I was going to be satisfied with a gray or black car - but Nezir found Lu in all her shiny, bright red beauty for me!!! Excellent dealership to purchase and take care of your car and your $$! More
My wife purchased A used Hindi on a used car lot in Honesdale. We put a lot of money into the exhaust system, replacing a cat and a lot of pipe. Next we checked recalls on the vehicle. There were a number so we called for an appointment and were that they only did recalls once a month so we waited. Once the work was completed she was constantly contacted telling her that they would give her a great deal on a used one. She went to the dealership Ang the salesman would only sell her a new one so she walked out. We next went there together and the situation was the same until I got up and told her that we were leaving and would not be back. I told him that we wanted something other than a Huyndai. Finally he showed us a 2020 Nissan Rogue which we purchased. We will never go back to this dealer and do not recommend it to others. More

I was there last week due to my lease maturing in October therefore I was looking to trade in my vehicle to purchase a new one. 1st off, I went with the intention of purchasing a used EV Tesla from another dealership and requested a print out of my buy out quote just to get the run around from the manager Billie. The sales rep Greg was professional and tried to help us out the best way he could, however his manager was the complete opposite. He was condescending, lying to us, and pressuring us to purchase another Hyundai when I clearly advised my intentions when I 1st walked in. He advised that no other dealership can purchase my Hyundai other then Hyundai or Kia (sister company) which was clearly a lie because when I called Hyundai corporate (customer service) they advise that ANY DEALERSHIP can purchase the lease. All that matters was that it was getting paid in full. I was under the impression that dealerships are there to help their customers, not just for a check or to rip people off and I learned that this is not the case when it comes to Dickson City Hyundai. I wouldn’t recommend them to any friends or family because of the horrible experience I had although I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 3 years. Please please save your time and money and if you’re looking for the upmost customer experience, I would recommend MotorWorld Hyundai. I got exactly what I what I was looking for and it fit my budget perfectly. Unlike what the manager Billie trying to “persuade” us to believe. More
I came an hour earlier than my appointment and was allowed to check out the cars. While checking out the cars an associate came and asked if i was being helped. The associate said he could help me and confirmed it with the other associate I had scheduled my appointment with. The associates name is Vinny Santos. He asked me what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. We took the car for a quick ride around the area to see if I liked the car. I decided to purchase the car. Vinny got me a good deal and I am a happy customer. More
