I gave 3 stars because of the extra efforts from the clerk and a mechanic to make things right. I recently made my third purchase from this dealer, and must say I've never been treated like such an afte clerk and a mechanic to make things right. Also, the service manager left 20 minutes before my car was done because he couldn't stay. Myself and another customer were pretty much forgotten about, then the Service manager incorrectly said they were inspecting my car, then my keys got lost, then he left while the service clerk, myself and a mechanic stayed while my car was finished up. He did apologize but the whole situation was handled poorly and needs to be called out. I don't mind waiting but to wait 2.5 hours and feel like you were an afterthought through the whole process is not the way I know that service department to be. I did thank the service desk clerk and the mechanic, I felt they went above to get the job done More
